Circuit Training

& Kettlebells

It is good for us to honour God by caring for our bodies. To help us maintain healthy bodies we have fitness sessions twice every week.

We meet for Circuit Training on Tuesday evenings, and Kettle Bells on Friday nights – both  in the Sports Hall from 6.30 to 7.30pm

Get moving, build strength, improve your overall stamina and have fun in our weekly Circuits and Kettlebells sessions! Open to anyone aged 10 years and up, these classes are designed for all abilities—whether you’re new to training or a seasoned athlete, these sessions offer something for everyone. With a mix of dynamic circuit training and kettlebell exercises, you’ll improve fitness, boost confidence, and enjoy a supportive, energizing environment.

So feel free to come along and join us any Tuesday or Friday evening. There is a small charge of £2/person, with all monies going towards Church funds. The Sports Hall is at the rear of the Church Building. Park in the back carpark and come in through the Cafe Aroma door.
