Fellowship

Men’s Fellowship meet every Tuesday night in the Church Hall. All men – no matter how young or how old are welcome to come along and join in to spend some time together and even have a game of bowls.

Now if you don’t play bowls, please don’t let that put you off!

If you would like to give it a go there are plenty of players that would love to help you along. You will soon pick up how it is done and I guarantee you will enjoy yourself. You don’t need to have your own bowls as we have a lot of spare sets you can use.

If you aren’t interested in playing, then do still come along. You will be very welcome to come to chat and to watch what’s going on.

While we play bowls each night, the most important part of the Men’s Fellowship is in the Fellowship. We meet together to chat and to meet friends, both old and new. To finish off each night we have an epilogue – a short talk to focus our thoughts on a message from God’s Word.

So why don’t you come along and give it a try? You are never too young or too old to start!

We even have an annual bowls competition, usually starting around January with trophies awarded to the winners of the singles and the doubles competitions.
